I/We acknowledge the Code of Conduct may be lawfully modified or amended or added to from time to time.
    Full Details
  • Age and Identity - Players must be able to produce proof of age and identity, if required by the association.
As players participating in this competition are under-age, we will require notification from each parent (if they will not be attending the event in Hervey Bay with their child/children), who will be the responsible guardian for their child for the duration of the tournament.
  • Insurance and Injury - Any injury that occurs during any pre-event training session or pre-event match must be reported immediately to an association official who is present at the time so that the necessary information is recorded for insurance purposes.
  • Player Fee - This is a per person cost to participate as a team member of the South Pine Spartans Qld Junior State Cup team. The player fee is inclusive of participation costs for the Qld Junior State Cup event, pre-event matches and the required player kit. Players will not be able to participate in the Qld Junior State Cup event, if they have not fully paid the player fee. The player fee needs to be finalised by Friday, 24 June 2016.

The player fee for new players is $240 and for those who already have their playing kit, the player fee for this year is $170.

We ask the everyone complete this registration, which will be processed at a cost of $240, however, for those that are only required to pay the $170, we ask that you only make the required payment and the South Pine Touch committee will make the necessary adjustments to the invoices to reduce this back to $170 for you.
  • Training - Children selected in a representational team will be required to attend a minimum of 70% of the team training sessions prior to the Qld Junior State Cup event. Training is proposed to be held twice-weekly on Monday and Thursday afternoon from 5 - 6.15pm at the South Pine Sports Complex.
  • Player Kit - An individual player kit will need to be purchased for each team member. The kit consists of a team uniform (bike pants, playing singlet and socks) plus a polo shirt and back pack.
  • Accommodation - The player fee does not include accommodation. Parents need to source their own for their family for the duration of the event. It is anticipated that the accommodation cost will be in the vicinity of $70/80 per person per night. Please let the South Pine Touch Association organisers know asap if you are having trouble securing accommodation.
  • Transportation - South Pine Touch will not be organising transportation to Hervey Bay or the venue for each day of the competition. We will be encouraging players to car pool, where necessary.
