South Pine Touch Football

The Summer/Autumn Monday night mixed and Thursday night women's competitions will commence Monday, 2 February and Thursday, 5 February respectively. 

Please familiarize yourself with the association's terms and conditions and competition regulations before registering a team.  Registrations are OPEN NOW and can be submitted directly via this Team Registration link.

Please note:  registrations close Friday, 30 January at 5pm for the mixed competition and Tuesday, 3 February at 5pm for the women's competition. The draw for the first round of mixed games will be posted on the South Pine Touch website by 6pm on Sunday, 1 February.

This will be a 17 week season which includes 14 round games and 3 weeks of finals.  

Please note: we play all public holidays.

• 2026 Summer/Autumn competition which runs from early February to late June/early July.
• 2026 Winter/Spring competition that runs from mid July to mid December. 

Each competition generally runs for 14 rounds games plus 3 rounds for finals where possible. There is a maximum of 19 weeks in each season, with 2 extra weeks being allowed for inclement weather.  Each season will generally end with a 4 team final series.  Theis will be at the committee's discretion with variations made in the best interest of the competition.   

MONDAY nights is a mixed competition only and games are usually played at: 6:35, 7:25, 8:15 and when needed 9.05pm.   All games are a standard two by twenty minute halves with a five minute half-time break. Teams must have a minimum of two ladies on the field for the duration of the game in all grades. 

You must be twelve (12) turning thirteen (13) (in the year you play) or older to play touch football at South Pine in the mixed Monday night competition.

There are six grades in South Pine's Monday night mixed competition (this is pending team registrations):

THURSDAY nights is women's six-a-side competition. Game times are usually: 6:45, 7:35 and 8:25pm (if required). Games are played in twenty minute halves with a five minute half-time break. 

You must be twelve (12) turning thirteen (13) (in the year you play) or older to play touch football at South Pine in the Thursday night women's competition. 

The standard team registration cost = $1125 (per season). 

Teams may save $200 on their team registration cost (i.e. only pay $925 for the season), if the following two (2) conditions are met: .

1) A $200 deposit is paid by round one (1) of each season (this is a mandatory payment for teams to be eligible to take the field for the first round game), and 

2) The balance of team fees ($725) is paid in full by round four (4).

These fees can be paid on the night of the specified rounds, however, the fees must be paid before the team takes the field for the conditions to be met.  If your team happens to be on a bye for one of these rounds or a team forfeits against you, you still need to make payment by these deadlines in order to benefit from the reduced price

Teams not paid in full by round six (6) WILL be removed from the competition.

Season registration is for a maximum 19 week competition. This includes 14 weeks of round games, 3 weeks of finals and 2 wet weather contingency weeks.
