Terms and Conditions

SOUTH PINE TOUCH terms and conditions are bound by the following:

    1. South Pine Touch Competition Regulations,
    2. South Pine Touch Player Code of Conduct,
    3. South Pine Touch Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, and
    4. South Pine Touch Player Insurance Program.
  1. The words “the association”, “we”, “our” and “us” are used in this statement to mean South Pine Touch Association Inc. and its representatives whether acting collectively or alone.
  2. The words “competition” and “the competition” are used in this statement to mean any competition or event that may be organised by us.
  3. The words “the website” are used in this statement to mean the South Pine Touch Association Inc.’s official website (Currently at www.southpinetouch.org.au).
  4. The words “player” and “players” are used in this statement to mean any player, players, referee or referee's.
  5. The words “registration form” are used in this statement to mean the written form of application by a player, referee or team  to participate within any competition organised by us. There are three types of registration forms:
    1. Team
     2. Player
     3. Referee
  6. All players and referees must complete and sign a registration form before they may participate in any competition event or game organised by us.
  7. Any player under the age of 18 must sign and MUST also have their application form signed by a parent or authorised guardian.
  8. No player or person is authorised to take the field without completing a registration form. Any person who does so will not be covered by public liability insurance and may be liable to be joined in litigation where another player has cause to claim against our public liability insurance.
  9. Any player who takes to the field without completing a registration form may cause the team they are playing for to forfeit the respective game.

  11. By completing and signing a registration form a player, referee and teams agree:
    a. to abide by all the rules and regulations of the association  (Published on the website);
     b. that they have read and agree to our Privacy Policy (Published on the website);
     c. to the publication on our website of photographs that they may appear in;
     d. to abide by all laws, rules and regulations of all the association’s overseeing bodies together with local,
    state and federal governments, whilst participating in or attending any competition or social event
    organised by us;
     e. to the terms and conditions set out herein.

    These terms and conditions and the associated regulations and policies may be lawfully modified, amended or added to from time to time.
