Winter/Spring Season Team Registration 2021

Winter  Season 2 2021  Now  Open

The Winter/Spring Monday night mixed and Thursday night women's competitions will commence Monday, 26 July and Thursday, 29 July respectively. 

Please familiarize yourself with the competition regulations and terms and conditions before registering a team.  Registrations are OPEN NOW and can be submitted directly via this Team Registration link.

Please note:  registrations close Friday, 23 July at 5pm. The draw for the first round of mixed games will be posted on the South Pine Touch website by 5pm on Sunday, 25 July.

This will be a 19 week season which includes 16 round games and 3 weeks of finals plus 1 wet weather week. 

Grand final games are scheduled to be held on Monday, 29 November and Thursday, 2 December respectively (weather permitting).  Please note: we play all public holidays.

Public health orders must continue to be followed this season ie social distancing.


Individual  Player  Registrations
All individuals playing in a team this season at South Pine Touch must be registered to that team. Registration provides player insurance.

Individual player registration should be completed before the player takes the field for their first game.

Follow this link to register to your team - select PLAYER from the drop down box, type your team name and press search. Then find the team that is registered to the South Pine Touch competition. Select the down arrow and then register to the team.


South Pine Touch Football is a family friendly oriented touch football association that runs at Eatons Hill in North Brisbane. We are a not-for-profit organisation and try to run as one of the cheapest touch football competitions in Brisbane. Games are played at the South Pine Sports Complex.

South Pine Touch conducts two touch competitions per season:

  • 2021 Summer/Autumn competition which runs from early February to late June.
  • 2021 Winter/Spring competition that runs from mid July to mid December. 

Each competition generally runs for 18 rounds plus 3 rounds for finals where possible. There is a maximum of 22 weeks in each season, with 1 extra week being an allowance for wet weather.  Each season will end with a 4 team final series.      

Monday Night Competition

MONDAY nights is a mixed competition only and games are usually played at: 6:40, 7:30, 8:20 and 9.10pm.   All games are a standard two by twenty minute halves with a five minute half-time break. Teams must have a minimum of two ladies on the field for the duration of the game in all grades. 

You must be twelve (12) turning thirteen (13) (in the year you play) or older to play touch football at South Pine in the mixed Monday night competition.

There are six grades in South Pine's Monday night mixed competition (this is pending team registrations):

A GRADE: six-a-side social competitive competition (two ladies minimum)
B GRADE: six-a-side social competitive competition (two ladies minimum)
C GRADE: six-a-side social competitive competition (two ladies minimum)
D GRADE: six-a-side social competition (two ladies minimum)
E GRADE: six-a-side social competition (two ladies minimum)
F GRADE: six-a-side social competition (two ladies minimum)

Thursday Night Competition

THURSDAY nights is women's six-a-side competition. Game times are usually: 6:40, 7:30 and 8:20pm. Games are played in twenty minute halves with a five minute half-time break. 

You must twelve (12) turning thirteen (13) (in the year you play) or older to play touch football at South Pine in the Thursday night men's and women's competition.


The standard team registration cost = $1125 (per season).

Teams may save $200 on their team registration cost (i.e. only pay $925 for the season), if the following two (2) conditions are met:

1) A $200 deposit is paid by round one (1) of each season (this is a mandatory payment for teams to be 

eligible to take the field for the first round game), and 

2) The balance of team fees ($725) is paid in full by round four (4).

These fees can be paid on the night of the specified rounds, however, the fees must be paid before the team takes the field for the conditions to be met.  If your team happens to be on a bye for one of these rounds or a team forfeits against you, you still need to make payment by these deadlines in order to benefit from the reduced price.

Teams not paid in full by round six (6) WILL be removed from the competition.

Season registration is for a maximum 22 week competition. This includes 18 weeks of round games, 3 weeks of finals and 1 wet weather contingency week
